MY SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and can take 2-8 business Days for delivery. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
How much will shipping cost?
Since you are our BABE all orders $50 or more will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Where do you ship?
A. Tamakurl ships to U. S. addresses, military bases and P.O. Boxes.
B. International shipping is currently unavailable. Changes to international shipping will be updated once available.
What if my item arrives damaged?
A. If your items arrive damaged and you would like a replacement, please contact, customerservice@tamakurl within 3 days from the delivery date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo of the damage and we will take care of it from there.
B. TamaKurl reserves the right to verify requests and request a return of the products purchased.
How will I get my tracking number
Once your order is processed a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking information. If you need further assistance, email customerservice@tamakurl.com
What if I need to change my address after I have placed an order?
Contact customerservice@tamakurl.com immediately with your order number, name, and correct address. In some cases, we may be able to update the address for you if your order hasn’t been processed but please double check your address before you submit your order.
What if my order did not arrive, is lost or stolen?
A. While we understand the fact that circumstances beyond our control in the shipping
process happens, if a package is lost or delayed, we recommend the following
steps:
1) Contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation
2) Receive confirmation from carrier stating the package is indeed lost
and/or unretrievable
3) Contact us at customerservice@tamakurl.com with order number and carrier case
number in the subject line.

How can I cancel or refund my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund—no questions asked. Your contentment is our priority, and we provide a straightforward and seamless 30-day return or exchange process. Please contact us at customerservice@tamakurl.com to start the process. We stand by our commitment to deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If there is an item missing or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@tamakurl.com as soon as possible of package being delivered and include your order number in the email subject line and which items are missing or incorrect in the message.
TamaKurl reserves the right to verify requests.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, and if for any reason you find yourself
dissatisfied with our product, we are committed to making it right. Our hassle-free 30-day return or exchange policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
We always try to make sure that does not happen, but if it does, we will contact
you and refund the full price of the item(s) and any shipping fees (if applicable) within 3-5 business days.

I do not have flaky scalp, can I still use the products?
Absolutely, our products are formulated to reduce flaky scalp and soothe your scalp.
I do not have thick hair, can I still use the products?
You sure can, your hair can benefit from the herbs, vitamins, and minerals to help
strengthen your hair follicles.
I do not have natural hair or curly hair, can I use the products?
Our products work for all hair types and skin types. Relaxed or Natural, Curly or
Straight!
Can I use TamaKurl products on my child?
Yes, the products are safe for children. However, PLEASE review the ingredients for each
product and consult your child’s physician first, especially if they have any skin or food allergies.
Where are TamaKurl products made?
TamaKurl products are Black owned, formulated and manufactured in the U. S.
Are TamaKurl products free of harsh ingredients and allergens?
TamaKurl products are free of:
A. Harsh sulfates
B. Phthalates
C. Parabens
D. Artificial dyes
Please refer to individual product pages for ingredient lists. If you have food or
skin allergies, you should consult your physician before use and always do a
patch test on a small area on inner elbow or behind your ear 24 hours before
use.
Are TamaKurl products vegan?
ALL ingredients in our products are vegan.
